Falling into....

I've been on a search for comfortable fall attire for the last couple of weeks. In 2010 I underwent surgery on my left ankle after a traumatic fracture. Even after months of rehab, rest, and TIME, things are still really different. I wake up to a stiff ankle, often have bouts of sharp pain throughout the day, and that affects me wearing heels. Therefore, the choices I make have to be comfortable & trendy. These knee high suede babies are a dream come true. Before purchasing, I walked around the store for about 30 minutes to get a true feel. They are super comfy!!! Plus, I can see myself wearing sweaters, cute jeans, leggings, cardigans, blazers with this pair. The over-the-knee aspect brings a certain sexy appeal, while the wedge is not too low, but high enough for a strut :)

OOTD POST COMING SOON!

Fall Makeup Review.

1.CLINIQUE - Even better foundation in Golden. This liquid foundation is a-maze! I've searched long and hard to come across a lightweight, flawless finish that doesn't clog my pores along the way. If you're into the dewy, fresh faced, barely there but everything looks effortless approach then I would highly recommend you give this a try. It's so light and smooth. I've tried a ton of foundations in the past, this is by far on the top 3 list.

2. Clinique Concealer in deep honey There's no point in wearing foundation without concealer. The lovely young lady at the Clinique counter was so helpful. She showed me a new way of applying concealer (which i will post about later). I have semi dark circles under my eyes, and this covers it like no other product I've ever tried. Just a tad blot and blend was enough to brighten the entire eye area up!

3. Black Opal finishing powder - The key to a flawless finish is of course, powder. I usually do one clean sweep of this fabulous brand to complete the look. The long lasting matte finish is incredible.

-Clinique even better - $24.50
-Clinique Concealer - $14.50
-Black Opal Finishing powder -$8.99

Style Served.

As you can see from my previous post, Animal print is everywhere! Honestly, I don't mind throwing a clutch, or a pair of heels in the mix but all out print is just not my style. However, these 3 celebrities are apparently loving the trend so much that they've all bought the same Leopard print, sheer blouse from INTERMIX.

I just wanna know...

WHO SERVED THE STYLE?

1. Jessica Simpson opted for a relaxed look, donning cut off shorts and open toe heels.

2. Kim Humphries, in her usual fashion went all the way edgy. Skin tight leather skinnies, and sky high stilettos while strutting around NYC.

3. My favorite gal pal (in my head) Courtney Kerr wore the exact blouse in Dallas during Fashion night out. She kept it super clean yet glam.

My choice would have to be...COURTNEY! I like how she went for a tucked in, understated look and let the glittery shorts add sparkle to the ensemble.

I absolutely hate Kim shoes, and Jessica Simpson just looks, thrown together.
